Shipping and delivery

Shipment:

The following conditions apply:

Shipping conditions

We ship all international orders Monday - Tuesday only, all national orders ship Monday - Wednesday. In this way we would like to avoid long transit times over the weekend.

You are also welcome to pick up your plants from us on site.
Simply select the “Pickup” option during the ordering process.

In the event of extreme weather conditions in winter and summer, we reserve the right to postpone shipping for an indefinite period of time until friendlier conditions for shipping plants are possible again.

Germany

  • €9.90 DHL Standard 1-3 working days

  • €18.00 Express DHL 1 working day

EU

  • €18.00 DHL Standard 3-5 working days

  • 50.00€ Express DHL 1 working day

Switzerland

  • €25.00 DHL Standard 3-5 working days

  • €85.00 Express DHL 1 working day

 

* Please note that international shipments to non-EU countries may incur customs duties or other country-specific import fees, which are not included in the total price and must be borne by the buyer. Please inform yourself about this from your responsible authority before placing your order.

Norway & United Kingdom:

We deliver with a phytosanitary certificate and all the necessary documents you need to import the plant.

In order to keep the costs for processing the phytosanitary certificate as low as possible for you, we always apply for all orders received so far on the 10th of each month.

Experience shows that the plants will arrive within two to three weeks of application.

 

Refunds:

We pack very carefully and safely, but if a plant arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the packaging and contents to pkplants@proton.me immediately. We will get in touch with you as quickly as possible to find a common solution.

Please note that we will only agree to a refund if the plant is still in its original condition. An immediate change of substrate or the removal of individual plant parts (leaves and roots) will result in the return claim being invalid.

Always use the original packaging and padding for returns. Please refer to the type of packaging you received from us and agree with us in advance about the time of return shipping. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund if damage occurs during return shipping due to improper packaging.

Despite our best efforts, minor damage due to shipping can occasionally occur. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund for individual torn sheets or discoloration. We would like to point out that collection from us on site is also possible.

With the right care, the plant will recover quickly and reward you with new leaves.

 

Non-deliverability:

If the package is unsuccessfully delivered due to the buyer providing an incorrect address, or if the package is not picked up from a pick-up store, we charge a processing fee of €20.

If you notice the error in time, you can simply send us the correct address details by email.
